King Ivan didn't know how (Name) could laugh about what had happened. He sipped his coffee and grumbled when there was a knock on the door. He sighed.

"Enter"

The last person he wanted to see walked in. He narrowed his eyes.

"Your Highness, could I have a word with (Name)" the general asked. (Name) stopped.

"About...what exactly?" The King asked.

"her family and I have agreed that (Name) will be living with me from now on" The King looked up sharply.

(Name) froze)

"Wait wait wait" she said "I don't remember agreeing to any of that"

The General ignored her comment "Could I talk to her Your Majesty?" he asked

The King looked down "You have 5 minutes" he muttered "Make it quick"

"hey! I'm not some object you can pass around you know" (Name) yelled "And I don't want a talk with you" she added turning to the General. She gave a massive glare to the King.

"I don't we gave you a choice (Name)" The General scowled.

'We?' The King thought.

"Well I gave myself a choice" (Name) growled "Now I'll be in my room" she added "Bad day to you both"

The King glanced at her as she started striding towards the door. At the door, the General caught her arm

"Let's talk (Name)" he said

"Let's not" (Name) snapped wrenching herself away from him "Fine, you want to talk? Here you go, NO I'm not staying at your House, not now, not ever, happy?" she said.

The general stared at her "I've talked with your family (Name)-"

"They are NOT MY FAMILY" (Name) yelled "My family wouldn't hand me in to- to him" she glared at the King. And when she had started thinking that maybe he wasn't that bad...
She let out a frustrated yell and started storming out, slamming the door behind her, the General strode after her.

The King groaned to himself and gave a sigh.

"(Name)" Somebody grabbed (Name)'s arm roughly and half pulled her into a room. (Name) turned around and try to open the door but the General stood in front of it.

"I'll let you know now" he hissed "that it does not matter if you want to or not, you will live in my house"

"I don't care what you say either" (Name) snapped "Now move" she was way past caring at that moment.

"Don't talk to me using that tone" The General said softly.

"Or else what?" (Name) replied.

"Or else-" the General stepped forwards and slapped her hard across the face causing her to stagger backwards "-this" he said sweetly.

(Name) stared at him looking slightly big eyed. She took in a shaky breath and barged past him, slamming the door behind her. She started racing towards the door when somebody called her name.

"(Name)?" (Name) recognized the King's voice. She slowed down.

"What?" she asked coldly.

"..." The King stared at her "don't use that tone with me (Name)" he said. (Name) narrowed her eyes. "Get me a coffee will you" he continued. (Name) clenched her teeth and turned towards the Kitchen.
__________________________________________________________________________(Name) put the cup in front of the King and glared at nothingness. That general was so dead. How dare he?

The King looked up and blinked. "You've got a slap mark on your face" he commented

"I never noticed" (Name) said coldly

"Did the General...?"

"Please don't pretend you care your Majesty" (Name) snapped. The King's face went slightly red. "don't forget, you've done the same"

"I wouldn't do it...to my wife" The King mumbled

(Name) went red "I'm not his wife" she hissed.

"Well..." The King started. He turned red. It seemed every time he opened his mouth, (Name) hated him more.

There was a silence. the King sipped his coffee.

"How come you have the power to tell me who to talk to?" (Name) asked suddenly breaking the silence.

"Well..." The King started again "I'm the King"

"SO?" (Name) yelled "That's not fair! Why did you say he was allowed anyway?" she asked

"I...so he didn't think..." Th King didn't know how to explain that he didn't want the general to figure out that he...liked (Name).

"So he didn't think what?" (Name) asked bitterly "That you're growing a heart?"

"Look...sunflower" The King mumbled "I- fine you don't have to go, happy?" The words brought a look of relief on (Name)'s face. For some reason it made the King relieved as well. He sighed. "I guess...I do need you for some jobs" he continued. (Name) nodded eagerly.

"You can tell him" she said happily. The King stare at her,

"Are you scared of him Sunflower?" he asked. (Name) stared back.

"No, I just don't want to end up in hospital" she snapped. The King tilted his head.

"Ok fine, call him in" he said waving her away. "Oh and do get me some more coffee, da?"

(Name) half skipped out of the room. She should get angry at the King more often, she was doing the whole Kingdom a favor by shrinking down his head. She spotted the General talking to a guard.

"His Majesty is calling you" she called. He stopped and turned around.

"Now why would he do that?" The General asked

(Name) shrugged. "You better not keep him waiting, he's in a bad mood" she lied. For some reason the King seemed to be in a good mood (She could tell, he only called her sunflower either when he was in a very evil mood or in a good mood). The General stared at her as she skipped into the Kitchen and back out with a cup of coffee in her hand.

"Follow me" she thrilled. he narrowed his eyes suspiciously wondering why she was in such a good mood. the two made their way to the King's office where (Name) knocked on the door.

"Come in sunflower" he said.

The General glanced at (Name) and walked in. (Name) shuffled in after him.

"You called your Majesty?" he asked giving a slight bow. (Name) pulled a face.

"Da I did" The King said placing his cup down.

"I've thought about it and no (Name) can not stay with you" he said simply not bothering to say sorry.

"B-but why?" The General stammered.

"Don't question me General, you've already got me in a bad mood by lying to me" The King said softly.

'He's a good actor' (Name) thought cheerfully 'He's improved' she thought back to earlier in the day when he had forced himself to say he wasn't the King. His fists were clenched, his teeth gritted and his face red. She blinked.
Was he even acting?

The King's blood was boiling as he watched the General. How come he wanted to marry a maid? THAT should be against the law. It should be illegal.

"Could you tell me General" he asked "does (Name) want to marry you?" He glared at (Name) from the corner of his eyes, she had gone red, they weren't supposed to be talking about that.

"Yes" The General said bluntly

"Are you lying to me?" The King asked "Maybe I should ask (Name)" the two men turned to (Name).

"I er- well" (Name) stammered. She did not want to get slapped but- "NO" she said, trying to look more confident than she felt. The General stared at her, narrowing his eyes. The King smiled.

"Any objections, General?" He asked, waiting for him to open his mouth. "And I would ask you to treat my maids better, but I'm going to order you instead, the little sunflower is going to a meeting with me and a mark across her face would look very inappropriate, seeing as some of my... allies... have a very strong thought about how women should get respected. (Yey Hungary!)" (Name) nodded enthusiastically, stepping away from the General at the same time. The General took in a deep breath.

"Sir... Your Highness... you've... changed a little...." The King remained quiet. He sighed and raised his eyebrows.

"Yes, my maid has a rather big gob it's quite hard not to change."

"It is not the girls, but the families choice of her marriage. The girl does not have a say in such matters." The General remarked bluntly. (Name) blinked. "No offence your Majesty, but this does not concern you-"

"Ah, but that's where your wrong general." The King snapped, narrowing his eyes at the General. "She is after all my personal maid, it will certainly affect me. And" He added in a much colder tone. "Do not talk to me like that." (Name) bit her lips. This was the first time she'd seen the King angry at someone other then herself. (Name) certainly hoped that the General would stay away from her. One slap was enough, and if she was to lift her finger at the General... she didn't even want to think about it.

"You may leave now." The King waved the General away. (Name) waited very patiently to be excused as well. "And sunflower, a word if you may." (Name) flopped down on a chair. The King coughed. "I realize you have, like me perhaps, an anger management problem..."

"Another thing we're alike in!" (Name) grinned.

"And the other would be...?" (Name) blinked and shrugged.

"You realize if you try to hit the General, or do anything of such there will be severe punishment." (Name) nodded. "If you are to do something of such, he, as the General, will have complete decision over your fate, and I don't, or can't... meddle in such things." (Name) bit her lips again. She didn't really like the sound of that. "I believe I can guess he would take you, most certainly, as his own maid. You understand that, da?" (Name) nodded again. "and I do like my coffee-" The King muttered, sipping his coffee.

"And you like me!" (Name) said cheerfully. The King spat the content of his mouth back out, all on (Name). she wailed, not looking too amused.

"Ewwwwwww!"

"Where did you get that idea from?" The King spluttered, ignoring her horrified look.

"I meant like you could almost say we might be slightly close to being friends..." (Name) grumbled. Looking quite sad at having herself drenched in coffee. She grabbed the nearest cloth to her and started trying to rub the stains off.

"Th-that's my cloak!"

"Oopsy." She laughed nervously.

The General glared at the door. That King was hiding something. Something that would certainly ruin him. He took in a deep breath at the sound of laughter coming from the room. But he wasn't standing there alone. Hilda glared alongside him.

"Why General, why the sudden mood change?"

"(Name) will not be living with me..." The General muttered, clenching his fists. Hilda blinked her face dropping. She thought for a bit.

"I have an idea... you could... see, the little maid has anger problems... if you could... do or say something to make her upset she is most likely to get upset and... punch you." The General stopped, a thoughtful look on his face.
